I've also been frustrated by the take-it-or-leave-it nature of some proxy statements, which more or less say, here are our directors, here is our stock option plan, trust us and vote yes. I hear the SEC is considering trying to give shareholders more control over the selection of directors and the submission of shareholder proposals for a vote.
