I take great interest in S7-10-03, as a former investment professional who is 
no longer an investment professional due to the corruption in our system.  I 
support the SEC's amending its rule to increase shareholders' ability to select 
corporate directors.  This move is needed to increase Board independence and to 
make corporate wrongdoing more difficult - at the very least.  Thank you.
