Subject: SEC Review of Proxy Rules

Hello,
 
I am a Park Ranger with the County of Orange in California  and have a
pension fund as well as personal mutual fund shares and assorted stocks, and
deeply care about how US companies are managed.  
 
I suport the SEC's review of the proxy rules and hope that they are amended
to give shareholders a greater say in how directors are selected and
companies are overseen.  Thanks for your efforts to do the right thing!
