As a shareholder I support the SEC for the review of the proxy rules.  The last 
few months in the economy has been extremely weak and like other things investor 
confidence in the way companies have been operating has a lot to do with it.  The 
approach that is being taken is applaud by me and hopefully the millions of other 
shareholders in America.  Its time to let the companies know we care about how 
things are governed.
