Subject: Disclosure - Conflicts of Interest of "Investment Advisors".

This Sir, is near to little & to late an effort! During the last eight years at
the beginning of every rally of the gold mining stocks, there has been trotted
out on air of near EVERY financial venue another "expert" speaking against
investment in any form of precious metal or their mining. This has ALWAYS been
done with NO DISCLOSURE as to the short or long POSITION of their firm in the
precious metals!

These practices MUST NOT go on!

I have come to expect little or No justice for these past sins. We the American
Investing Public and Voters of our nation, though, can demand a far more open
and transparent business place for our children! When an "Investment Advisor" or
economist comes on air & says "Gold is going nowhere", or "Gold is irrelevant",
some general disclosure of the short position of their firm MUST BE DEMANDED!

Your organization & the CFTC has done a VERY POOR job in this regard & this
should be changed immediately, & the investment positions of those empowered to
regulate such behavior should also be investigated!
