I would like to comment specifically on the rules or proposed rules regarding 
the posting of best executions. You'd be amazed at how much a little 
investor/trader like me would benefit if brokers were required to put on their 
trading screens the best quoted prices from multiple exchanges, instead of just 
the highest bid/ask prices.  I support rules changes that promote this concept.
