Subject: Decimal-ization

     Dear S.E.C.:
     
     For what it's worth, I, as a small investor, vote for PENNY 
decimal-ization in the coming changes.  Many of us watch, and make our 
decisions on small changes in low-priced stocks, and nickle increments would 
make decision making much more of a hit-or-miss proposition.  That, we don't 
need.  It's tricky enough as is.
