I am an owner of shares in Carmel Container that I purchased over the last year because of their growth potential. I FULLY EXPECTED THIS TO BE A LIQUID INVESTMENT BECAUSE I NEED THE PROCEEDS DURING MY RETIREMENT YEARS!

It was shocking to find the company has petitioned to delist so I will be forced into a investment with no liquidity. This action effectively disenfranchises small investors like myself.

I hope the Commission acts to block the delisting unless the company offers to take out shareholders that do not want to be part of a private company.

Thank you for looking into this matter and making sure the interests of small investors are protected.
