My Name is A.H.Womack 2034 Baird St Milan Tn.38358. I am using a Pentium 
prosser.I am retired and trying to earn a few extra $ in the penny stock 
market.My opinion is that all short sells should be stopped forever. The reason 
being that short selling is a stock manipulation tool.No one should be allowed 
to sell what he/she does not own. Thanks A.H.
