Subject: regarding market maker shorting rules

Dear Sir(s);
It has come to my attention that some long needed rules are being 
considered.  I could not find "S7-24-99" on your proposed rules web 
page.  If my information is correct, in that it will restrict MM's from 
shorting stock they do not have, I am in favor of this rule.
