To whom it may concern,
     
I dont understand why someone does not regulate the shorting issues on otcc 
stocks.
     
Why does it take so long for the sec. to act when you know that market 
makers are manipulating the share price to their advantage?
     
I request how I can be heard, who do I contact? My congressman? Head of the 
sec?
     
REGULATE the otcc trades like the NASDAQ! Enough already, git off you #@*% 
and do something!
