Date: 06/20/2000 4:02 PM Subject: disclosure issue Dear SEC, Recently I have learned about the OTCBB issue of market makers not having to disclose positions and "naked shorting", unfortunately, after I invested in an OTC traded company. To me it sounds like market makers are producing nonexistent stock and holding this w/out reporting it. So in essence, the MM's are producing counterfeit money, which would be a federal offense, if it was money. I ask why, why on earth is this practice allowed in the investment community? Money belonging to familles and hard working American business's are being stolen without any indications to the innocent involved! I demand an explanation why such a thing is allowed! I am completely outraged and demand your organization to abolish "naked shorting" and require MM's to FULLY DISCLOSE their positions of OTCBB stocks IMMEDIATELY! As the investment community grows, so will this diabolic practice. This better not turn out to be some lagging bureaucracy agenda, as millions are being stolen from innocent, hard working Americans! Please respond! Sincerely, Cal Tansor
