Subject: Naked shorting by MM's of OTC:BB stocks

I have been playing the penny stock market for years and see how the MM's 
bring prices down while there is a tremendous number of shares being bought. 
They control the market in a field of unfairness and in many cases, a 
companies true stockc value is not reflected by the naked shorting going on 
by them.  Many investors get frustrated when a stock does not perform and 
start selling because the price goes nowhere, and the MM's buy back their 
naked shares at lower prices, and do this over ande over.  It must be 
stopped.  Put and end to this practice with a ruling that states that this
