     The abuses to individual investors by the dealers in the bulletin 
board
 market are tragic. Particularly naked short selling driving the various 
stocks
 down by what appears to be collusion between some dealers. I have been in 
the
 securities business as a broker for over 30 years and witness it time 
after
 time. They have a non regulated skimming business and the general public 
is the
 target. Ive seen them short millions of shares of stocks when positive 
 developments come out to cap them and then later push them back down to 
 demoralize shareholders. You have got to stop this and make it a fair 
place for
 shareholders and emerging companies to develop.
