Subject: MM abuse of OTCBB stocks

Gentlemen,
As a small investor, I am appalled that you would allow the NASDAQ OTCBB 
market to be manipulated for the sole purpose of corporate greed.  I am at 
the mercy of those who hold the market valuation of my bulletin board stock 
in their grasp.  Fundamentals of the stock. under those conditions, become 
meaningless and provide the investor not even a wild approximation of what 
the stock is actually worth.  Worth is decided by the powerful.  The idea 
that short selling by those entities with the ability to controll prices is 
beneficial to the market and investors is an absurdity.  Since you have not 
taken actions to correct this problem, I intend to correspond with my entire 
congressional delegation and urge them to take actions to force the market 
back to value based pricing.  Perhaps they should also look into the current 
membership of the SEC to determine if the public's best interests are being 
served by the present membership.
