  First I'll admit I don't know enough to speak with
authority, but it seems that short sellers are ruining our financial markets
and creating havoc in those markets. My puny Mutual Funds don't stand a
chance against a hoard of short sellers destroying companies.

  Please can the SEC take actions to severly restrict or
eliminate short selling and other strange derivitive practices.
