Dear sec                                                       Please stop the 
Market Maker manipulation on otc stocks.It is getting out of hand.How many more 
companies have to go under before something is done about the greed of a 
few.INVT is an example, highly shorted and causing many problem for the company 
and its investors.Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly
