I am in favor of any rule that would limit the ability of MM's to unfairly 
manipulate stock prices to the detriment of the small investor.  But in my 
opinion, all short selling should be banned due to the rank and egregious 
abuses we have seen over the past few years.  I know you are well aware of 
the predatory attitude that MM's and traders have towards the small 
investor, and how many of them take great joy in fleecing them of their 
funds.
     
I'm sure you're also aware of the scandalous practices employed by MM's to 
trash companies in the media to drive their stock prices down.
     
I can assure you that my opinion of the investment world in general, 
including the glacial slowness of the government in dealing with with it, is 
quite low.  It will take some stringent actions on your part to restore my 
confidence in the system.
