I  feel that the OTC and Pinks sheet stocks should
HAVE to follow the same disclosure rules as the primary exchanges i.e., 
Nasdaq, NY, American, Phoenix etc. Thats because the investor has NO WAY 
of
knowing the shorts of the MMers they can and do get away with out right 
manipulation of the market in the OTC -BB and Pink Sheet arenas.
     
I dont want the outright manipulation of a market which can lead 
to control by one or few.
     
The market should fluctuate based on supply and demand.
