McDonough Professional_Affiliation = Investor Subject = LAM Pharmaceuticals, reporting of major shareholder transactions Comments = Below you will find an exerpt from the Raging Bull BB. The Board in question is LAMP. In this post an allegation is made that the company president "borrowed" One Million Dollars from the company to "stem short selling in company stock" this information was released in a press release in that the President purchased shares to do this. There is no form 4 or form 144 or anything that I can find to substantiate these statements. Also I am not sure if this is legal based on SEC regulations. Please let me know if I have sent this request for information to the right department to have this matter investigated or who I need to contact to pursue this matter further (either by email or telephone). Thanks for your time, Mike McDonough By: termin8r Reply To: 3060 by tortradr Sunday, 22 Jul 2001 at 5:30 PM EDT Post # of 3069 tortradr, this is no different than that other famous Toronto miracle company HIVC. The deal here is that the alias Canew fabricates a rumor than 2 days later his lapdog coolguy claims the rumor to be a fact. The alias aquatick already confessed to being a paid promoter that works for Chase Equity and Canew, coolguy and the truth twins are all paid promoters. Drizen took a million dollars from the company a few months ago claiming to have purchased stock on the open market. No record of the transaction was ever found but miraculously an anonymous VC put a million dollars into IXORA the day their licensing agreement was to be voided for non payment and LAMP took half. LAMP also owns a majority stake in IXORA. IXORA seems to only exist on paper and the promoters have yet to offer up a verifiable address and phone number for them. So now Canew and coolguy are trying to lay down a smoke screen with this thomson rumor to distract from this little scam they are pulling with the missing million. I wouldn't be surprised when the SEC goes after Drizen if he in fact turns out to be Canew. Don't even bother asking these promoter to verify their bogus claims. You will get the same verification you did with HIVC, one lies, the other swears to it. Remember how Dom Franco you to always demand we leave our names and numbers and he'll call us back with the facts? Of course his facts were nothing more than self-serving lies that he refused to put in writing. Now we know why he wouldn't put anything he said on the phone in writing. I'm sure after a few more fluff PR's LAMP will go the way HIVC did. Stick around, this should be good. LOL
