I firmly believe that the market makers are more concerned with their own 
self interest are fraudently manipulating OTCBB stocks by shorting them. They 
are flaunting their noses at the SEC as their is no enforaceable regulation 
to stop what they are doing. Make them fully accountable for all reporting 
requirements, this should stop the shorting position.
