Subject: Naked Shorting

As a small investor trying to make some profit in what I believe would be a 
great
opportunity for myself and other small investors as well if the practice of 
naked
shorting were eliminated all together. The daily manipulation by many 
unscrupulous
market makers is not only hurting the small investor and literally stealing 
the money,
from us, but it also hurts the small companies trying to grow their companies 
by
hard work and honest business practices, only to have it hurt by the 
manipulation
of their stock.
Others may disagree, but I believe short selling should be eliminated all 
together thus preventing mass price fluctuations always in favor of the large 
market makers.
I believe stock prices will be more true to their value and both the company 
and investor will win.
Trying to be brief since so many others have so eloquently elaborated before 
me in greater detail, I will now extend my thanks to the SEC for allowing me 
to be heard.
