Please pass the trading rule that would prevent "naked shorting."  It 
primarily hurts the Mom and Pop investors who can't afford the higher 
priced stocks like Ford, IBM, etc. and instead play on the penny market 
or OTC stocks.  Naked shorting" tilts the playing field and steals from 
those who can afford it least.  I understand that the "uptick rule" also 
keeps the playing field level.
I may not be able to invest much $ in the grand scheme of things, but 
when I do invest, it is to help a company grow.  Which ultimately helps 
the country grow.  I just don't think it is fair how the market makers 
manipulate stocks.
