I would like it to be stated for the record that I want 
the manipulation of the OTCbb market by Market Makers to 
stop.  Their manipulation is extremely obvious and 
borderline criminal in my opinion. 

MMs should be forced to expose their short position to 
the public.  I also feel that the total short percentage 
of the MMs who are trading the stock be limited to a 
small percentage of the outstanding shares.
