Subject: Fraud

There is a company registered as " theonlineeducation.com" who has been 
telling us of their impending IPO and they have secured all of these 
endorsements such as  Disney, Bank of America etc. This never happened. They 
even filed papers with the SEC in an attempt to smoke us in believing that 
they were legit. Now a new person has taken over stating that the current 
president has taken ill and left him in charge. This president come to find 
out was 24 yrs old. Do we have any recourse?
