Dear SEC,
       Please, please, change the rules and make the MM's (Market Manipulators!)
accountable for their shorting practices and available for the world to see. 
Many like myself can only afford to invest in the OTCBB market and strongly feel
that we should be on equal footing with the larger markets.  Thank you for your 
diligence in trying to make all markets fair and equitable.
