Comments = Naked shorting by Market Makers in OTC Bulletin Board stocks allows 
these organizations to have nearly full control over the price of a security. It
creates a false supply and demand which goes against the basic tenants of our 
free enterprice economy. 
     
These shorting actions usually work to the detriment of the investing public. 
Their confidence in the free market system is shaken as they see the SEC as 
looking the other way as the Market Maker schemes to extract money from the 
pockets of the helpless small investor. 
     
Please promptly take the necessary steps to re-establish the oversight role that
the investing public deserves from the SEC.
