This has no place in the equity market and destroys confidence. Stocks are being manipulated by mass selling of borrowed stocks and rumors are then being used to depress stocks. When you can check and see that the shorted stock amounts equal two or three days of normal trading you know the stocks have been manipulated. Any hedge fund can start a panic by selling large amounts of borrowed stocks and then buy back when the stocks hid bottom. I have sent the same message to the congress and hopefully you can work together to get the crooks out of the market. J. C. Janus 1413 SW 50th Street Cape Coral, FL 33914 239 945 5083 JJackjc@aol.com
