Subject: Time to stop the underhanded trading crap by OTCBB Market Ma

Dear Sirs,
     
It is long past due to straighten out this garbage where MM makers can create 
non-existant shares in microcap companies by selling stock they don't own.
     
If a person does this it's called counterfeiting or fraud - and you go to jail 
for it.
     
There are many deserving small companies that need to have people support their 
efforts by obtaining financing from OTCBB invesment.
     
To have these companies, and their investors, raped and pillaged by unscrupulous
manuipulators and Market Makers fiddling the books just plain sucks.
     
It's a big problem and it's your job - please fix it..!!
