Extend NASDAQ rules to the OTCBB. Please. It's the only way that there will ever
be a fair market on the BB. Bottom line, there is no way anyone can legitimately
say that one stock should have a set of rules to prevent market maker abuse and 
another stock should not have the same protection. 
     
As for market makers saying they are protecting investors by weeding out 
unworthy companies I have 4 things to say to that:
1) Any experienced investor has had plenty of experience that proves that 
statement a lie.
2) I don't need or want their protection.
3) Who died and made them judge of what I should pay for a stock.
