Date: 07/07/2000 4:25 PM Subject: OTCBB Price Manipulation To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this e-mail to express concern over the "apparent" manipulation of stock prices on the OTCBB. I am also writing to suggest that, with the new reporting requirements relating to OTCBB listing, the SEC should extend its governing umbrella to include all listed stocks in compliance with SEC listing requirements. In other words, why not apply all rules already governing the NYSE and NASDAQ, to the OTCBB companies that meet listing requirements. Is this too simple a concept? By adding this one sentence to the statutes, it would eliminate this problem. Why does this seem to be a problem? Compliance is compliance. Where is the protection for these smaller companies, that are playing by the rules. YOUR RULES!! I am a stock-holder in a couple of OTCBB companies, both fully reporting, one since 1989, and I am totally frustrated by the apparent pump and dump, tape painting, and naked shorting of shares associated with both these companies. Where is the PROTECTION? I am PLEADING with you. When will this PILLAGING end? Thank You for your attention. Bruce Campbell
