Dear Chairman Shapiro;
I apologize to The Commission for this piecemeal approach for submission of T+1 supporting information; but this Office of the Chairman letter by Arthur Levitt blew my mind when I ran across it.
With the recent Knight Capital transactions problems, the "protection of Investors" clauses in the exchange act mandate movement to T+1 from T+3.
Arthur Levitt, as SEC Chairman, instructed the Industry to prepare their systems.for the conversion. (see attached letter)
