The SEC's Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) has released its Fiscal Year 2020 Annual Report, which summarizes the actions taken to promote diversity and inclusion in the SEC’s workforce, to increase opportunities for minority-owned and women-owned businesses, and to implement other statutory requirements.
The report also highlights new initiatives that the agency has undertaken to advance its goals under the Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan for fiscal years 2020-2022. These initiatives include actions that are designed to help more fully integrate diversity and inclusion into the agency’s strategic decision making, to enhance mission effectiveness and to meet future challenges.
