Inline XBRL Q&As Added to Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations

The Division of Corporation Finance staff has added questions and answers on Inline XBRL to the Interactive Data Compliance and Disclosure Interpretations (“C&DIs”) at https://www.sec.gov/corpfin/interactive-data-cdi. The added questions and answers include topics such as cover page tagging and phase-in periods for Inline XBRL compliance.
