EDGAR Release 18.1 Implementation System Impact

From 10:00 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, March 9, through 6:00 a.m. (EDT) on Monday, March 12, 2018, the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval (EDGAR) system will upgrade to EDGAR Release 18.1.

Please be advised that during the upgrade period, EDGAR will not accept the following form types or process the following requests:

• ID-NEWCIK
• ID-PASSUPD
• ID-CONVERT

Acceptance and processing will resume as of Monday at 6:00 a.m. (EDT). Please plan your submissions accordingly.
