Public Feedback on OFR Study on Asset Management Issues

Today, a webpage was opened on the SEC’s website for the public to provide feedback on a study entitled “Asset Management and Financial Stability” published by the Office of Financial Research of the Treasury Department. http://www.treasury.gov/initiatives/ofr/research/Pages/AssetManagementFinancialStability.aspx

The study was undertaken and published at the request of the Financial Stability Oversight Council. 

Members of the public interested in providing feedback may submit those views through the following link http://www.sec.gov/divisions/investment/comments-ofr-asset-management-study.shtml, by November 1, 2013.  The Commission will post any feedback on its website.
