Virtual Coffee Break with the New America Alliance

Our Small Business Advocate, Martha Miller, joined Pamela Gibbs, Director of the SEC’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion, for the New America Alliance’s (NAA) virtual meeting. NAA is a nonprofit organization of entrepreneurs and business leaders dedicated to advancing the economic development of the American Latino community. Event participants had the opportunity to engage with the SEC as well as discuss unique challenges faced by minority-owned businesses and investors as they look to raise and deploy capital. Participants were able to ask questions and share feedback on small business capital raising.
