Our Small Business Advocacy team joined the faculty and professionals in the BTEI Program to discuss rules on early-stage investing, including changes to those rules in recent years and how those have affected opportunities to invest. The group focused discussion on equitable inclusion of black investors in developing ecosystem capacity.
