The SEC is hosting a roundtable to discuss moving towards 24-hour trading in the U.S. equity markets, including preparations to support overnight trading, operations and resiliency in a 24-hour market, and opportunities and challenges for expansion.
The roundtable is open to the public and will be live-streamed on SEC.gov. A recording will be available after the event.
Information regarding the agenda, speakers, and registration will be posted at a later date. Please note that the number of in-person participants may be limited and visitors will be subject to security checks.
Members of the public may submit comments on 24-hour trading before the event.
