Financial Stability Oversight Council Meeting
Chair Gary Gensler will participate in the Dec. 16 Financial Stability Oversight Council meeting. The preliminary agenda for the executive session includes market developments related to digital assets; work by the Inter-Agency Working Group on Treasury Market Surveillance; and the Commission’s proposed rule on open-end funds. The preliminary agenda for the public session includes the transition from LIBOR; the Federal Reserve’s work on climate-related financial risks; and the Council’s 2022 annual report.
