The SEC's New York Regional Office is hosting "Preventing Community-Based Financial Fraud," an investor outreach event held in conjunction with Fordham University School of Law. SEC Chairman Jay Clayton and US Attorney for the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman will be the keynote speakers. Representatives from the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, and NASAA, as well as victims harmed by financial fraud in their communities will participate in the event. Register here.
