    Small Business Registration and Reporting Forms and
           Regulations Available on SEC Website

     Washington DC, June 15, 1999 -- The Division of
Corporation Finance has added a new section to the Small
Business Information web page on the Commission's website at
www.sec.gov.  The new section, Small Business Forms and
Associated Regulations, will provide guidance to small
businesses as they prepare their SEC filings under the
Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

     The new section contains the text of the following
forms and regulations:

            Form SB-1           Form SB-2
            Form 10-SB          Form 10-KSB
            Form 8-K            Form 10-QSB
            Regulation C        Regulation S-B
            Regulation S-K      Regulation S-T
            Regulation S-X

     For ease of use, we have also provided hypertext links
between the forms and the regulations.  We will update the
information as necessary to reflect the adoption of new
rules or changes to existing rules.
