 Chairman Levitt: NYSE To Remain Open Despite Weather

I have been given assurances by the New York Stock Exchange that
it will be open for business tomorrow, despite inclement weather.

The Commission has been and will continue to monitor events and
work closely with the New York Stock Exchange and the Chicago
Board Options Exchange to ensure that investors are protected.
