SEC and Catholic University to Sponsor Symposium
To Increase Minority Awareness of and Participation
In the Securities Industry

What:   The Securities and Exchange Commission and the
        Catholic University Columbus School of Law D.C. Bar
        Section will sponsor a symposium to increase minority
        awareness of and participation in the securities
        industry. The symposium will feature panels of
        industry professionals, breakout groups, resume drop
        boxes, and a reception where attendees can mingle
        with speakers and participants. All minority business
        and law school students are encouraged to attend.

Who:    SEC Officials, D.C. Bar Officials, and industry
        professionals including:  Isaac Hunt, SEC
        Commissioner  Paul Roye, SEC Director of the Division
        of Investment Management

When:   Saturday, February 6, 1999  10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
