     Washington, D.C., December 4, 1998 --- Pursuant to
provisions of the Government in the Sunshine Act, the Securities
And Exchange Commission will hear oral argument on an appeal by
Jacob Wonsover from an administrative law judge's initial
decision.  The public hearing will be held on Monday, December 7,
starting at 10:00 a.m., in the William O. Douglas Room (Room
1C30) at Commission Headquarters, 450 Fifth Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C.
