    SEC Announces Moderators and Panelists for Roundtable
       Discussion of Financial Disclosure and Auditor
                     Oversight in Chicago
                              
     Washington, D.C., April 1, 2002—The Securities and
Exchange Commission today released the following list of
moderators and panelists for its April 4 roundtable
discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in
Chicago:
     
     Panel One:  Improving Financial Disclosure

Midwest Regional Office, 9th floor, 175 W. Jackson Blvd,
