    SEC Announces Moderators and Panelists for Roundtable
  Discussion of Financial Disclosure and Auditor Oversight

     Washington, D.C., March 1, 2002-The Securities and
Exchange Commission today released the following list of
moderators and panelists for its March 4 roundtable
discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in
New York City:
