SEC Announces Additional Panelist for Roundtable Discussion in Chicago

Washington, D.C., April 3, 2002 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the addition of Bank One Chairman and CEO James Dimon as a panelist for the SEC's April 4 roundtable discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in Chicago, Ill.
