Washington, D.C., April 1, 2002 — The Securities and Exchange Commission today released the following list of moderators and panelists for its April 4 roundtable discussion of financial disclosure and auditor oversight in Chicago:

Panel One: Improving Financial Disclosure (10:00 a.m. - noon, Central Time)

The roundtable discussion will take place at the SEC's Midwest Regional Office, 9th floor, 175 W. Jackson Blvd, Chicago, Illinois.
