     The Division of Enforcement has moved to discontinue
administrative proceedings against Leroy S. Brenna, who is now
deceased.  Under the circumstances, it is appropriate to grant
this motion.

     Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that proceedings against Leroy S.
Brenna be, and they hereby are, discontinued.
